Downtown Knoxville Scavenger Hunt
What better way to get to know the best secret attractions of the Marble City than by having to hunt for them? Chat up natives to solve clues and help point you in the right direction, like where you can find a one-of-a-kind 1928 Wurlitzer organ (hint: it’s located in a historic movie palace the likes of which you’ve never seen).
With six breweries just in the downtown area alone, Knoxville’s craft beer scene is booming. Bond over beers as you make your way on foot with a provided map and itinerary to the best breweries and pubs, where you’ll tour facilities and enjoy tastings.
Navitat Adventure Park
Located in Ijams Nature Center, a 300-acre urban nature park in southeast Knoxville, this tree-top aerial park is a great way to work on your team’s communication skills and boost encouragement. Made up of six different “adventure trails,” all originating from one central treehouse, each course varies in terms of difficulty level and features 10 to 12 elements, like zip lines, bridges, elevated tunnels, balancing challenges, rolling barrels, climbing nets, and more.
Knox Whiskey Works
Take a group tour (limited to 10 people) of Knoxville’s first (legal) distillery to learn about the small-batch, bushel-to-bottle process. Tours include a tasting flight of four featured spirits, including their corn whiskey, gin, vodka, and coffee liqueur. While the group is tasting, make the experience into a game by asking questions related to the tour – and reward the winner with a bottle of their favorite spirit.
